SYNOPSIS
Create a new Vserver peer relationship between two existing Vservers.
SYNTAX
New-NcVserverPeer [-Vserver] <String> [-PeerVserver] <String> [-Application]
<String[]> [-PeerCluster <String>] [-Controller <NcController[]>] [<CommonP

DESCRIPTION
Create a new Vserver peer relationship between two existing Vservers.

Name of the local Vserver in the relationship.

ntains a collection of NcController objects, this cmdlet is invoked on e
ach controller in succession.
