How SnapManager works

SnapManager components  

SnapManager enables you to migrate your Domino Data directory and transaction logs and move them to virtual disks on a filer volume. You use SnapManager Configurator for this purpose. After you migrate your Domino server's data to virtual disks, you can use the SnapManager Backup and Restore features to back up snapshots of the Domino Data directory and transaction logs.
