PxHelpTopicTree --  loads a topic tree into a helpviewer.
PxHelpUrl --  displays helpviewer pages by URL address.
PxHelpUrlRoot --  sets the default root for PxHelpUrl.
Usage -- gives a QNX 4-style usage message during run-time.
