nanosleep -- pauses the interpreter for seconds and nanoseconds.
Arguments
- seconds
The number of seconds to pause.
- nanosecs
The number of nanoseconds to pause.
Returns
t after the time has elapsed.
Description
This function will pause the interpreter for the total time of seconds + nanoseconds
Example

1.0009529590606689453
