PxHelpTopicTree

t if successful, otherwise nil.

Description

This function opens the helpviewer and loads a new topic tree, such as a user-defined table of contents. The topic tree must exist in a .toc file.

Example

    Gamma> PxHelpTopicTree("/home/robert/topics.toc")
    t <The helpviewer shows the topic tree.>
