PtRawSetPos --  is obsolete.
PtReParentWidget -- changes parents of widgets.
PtRealizeWidget --  initializes widgets.
PtRemoveCallback -- removes a callback.
PtResourceName -- finds a resource name from a resource number.
PtSetParentWidget -- turns a widget into a parent widget.
PtSyncPhoton -- flushes the current draw buffer.

TranslateRect --  is obsolete. See PtTranslateRect.
